The Persian Immigration Consultants Association of Canada (PICAC) is a federally registered, nonprofit organization that unites Persian-speaking Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) across the country. Our Association is committed to elevating professional standards, strengthening community ties, and protecting the public through ethical, transparent, and culturally informed immigration consulting.
PICAC provides members with a platform for education, collaboration, advocacy, and professional growth—serving both their needs and the interests of the Farsi-speaking communities they represent.
